I knew Elizabeth David in London. She was a mentor. I began the new Irish Cuisine, 1960?s. Currently involved in the annual international cordon d'or - gold ribbon awards. Elizabeth David was not just a cook she was a cook philosopher and that is what we all need. Being a chef lecturer I wish to know more about her and her many wisdoms that she wrote in her cook books.
