Matt was the star of the Welsh track and field team at the Commonwealth Games, gaining a silver medal in the 400m hurdles, also running a brilliant last leg in the relay, almost catching the England runner.

A real hero at the 3A's trials this weekend (29:07:2003). Obviously disappointed with his 4th place but put on a smile and went straight to sign autographs for the kids. You don't need to win to be great!
