Lynn Davies lived in Commercial Street Nantymoel. I can remember as a young child sitting on his knee and having a photo taken when he visited the Bryant Centre.

Lynn Davies is Wales' greatest athlete. His British record stood for more than thirty years. Unlike Colin Jackson he won an Olympic Gold which makes him Wales's greatest athlete.
