Cardiff born 29th November 1973, Welsh Father and Mother and Grandparents. Lived in Manchester, England from age eight as his father was a Professional Rugby League Player there (He also represented Wales) so despite what English people might say, Giggs is one hundred percent Welsh!

Born in Cardiff. Dad was Danny Wilson who played rugby union for Newport and rugby league for Wales. Giggsy always says 'I wouldn't play for England because I am Welsh.' Simple as that.
