Mary deer is my 3xgreat grand aunt. Although I am of llantwit major descent, there are family connections to all the deeres in the vale of glamorgan. Would love to know if anyone has identified william reynold deere's father

Illtyd Deere is my grandfather from Glamorgan. He is my mother's father. My maternal grandmother is a Ponting of Blaengarw (Bridgend). I would like to learn more about my relatives. My mother, Jean (formerly of the Royal Air Force) and sister moved to the United States of America in 1945 aboard the Queen Mary when my sister Susan was only a few months old. I was born in 1948 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and now live in Costa Mesa, California.
