Godfrey John, writer of five seasons with a Welsh connection!

Godfrey John

I met him in Boston, Massachusetts. In 1971. He is a poet who has written two books. His two books which were published in the US "five seasons", 1977 and "compassion wins" , 2001. His books tell about his Welsh connections on the flyleaf as well as in his writings.

Connection: He wrote the poem "Myfanwy" , a Cywydd in the 1960's. His father was David Gwilym john.

He was employed by the Christian Science monitor, in Boston. In the 1960's, but became a teacher in the 1970's. I became one of his students in 1983.
