The Frank james I'm talking about is the Welsh National Opera Tenor from the 50's. He was my father! Strangely enough, his sister is called Jessie! My dad died in 1986. He was still teaching singing up until six weeks before his death. He was born and bred in Cardiff 1911-1986.
